Kestrel shares the lessons learnt from working with customers through previous health epidemics and other regional events.

Since Covid-19 emerged as a global pandemic crisis Kestrel has been helping clients with their plans to handle the potential impact on their organisation.

From being a sounding board about the wider organisational response, to helping clients address identified gaps, we’re working together so organisations are as prepared as possible to respond to the challenges. This includes preparing staff for a different style of working environment, for example making working from home etiquette explicit.

Kestrel has been assisting clients with crisis preparations for almost 20 years.

Now is the time to make sure you have a robust Business Continuity Plan in place. The building blocks for this plan include:

  • Understanding your business imperatives
  • Completing a Business Impact Analysis for all services
  • Building and documenting realistic workarounds to deliver on your business imperatives
  • Practicing the plan through Crisis Simulation Exercises
