Farewell to Karen Stephens: A legacy of expertise and leadership

With mixed feelings we bid a heartfelt farewell to Karen Stephens, who has decided to embark on a new chapter as a “busy retiree”. While we have no doubt this retirement will be anything but quiet, we can’t help but feel the void her departure leaves.

Karen first joined Kestrel Group in 2004 as a consultant, and in 2010, she became an integral part of our team as a Director. Over the years, her contributions have been nothing short of exceptional. She played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our services, working tirelessly to ensure that our clients were better prepared to face the unforeseen challenges that come with crisis management.

Her legacy at Kestrel Group is built on her outstanding ability to guide organisations through some of their most critical moments, leaving them more resilient and capable in the face of crisis. Karen’s smart management, effective leadership style, and unique sense of humour have earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike.

While Karen’s presence will certainly be missed, we are excited for the next phase of her journey. We know that in her retirement, she will be able to enjoy more time with family, friends, and – of course – on the golf course.

Karen, thank you for everything you’ve done to elevate Kestrel Group and help us serve our clients with excellence. We wish you all the best in this new adventure, good luck, and enjoy every moment!
